Since this has been pretty popular in the past, I'm making a late attempt to start one this year.

I never figured that out last year

(otherwise I would have won!)

but seriously, how do you do it?

You drag the game you want to assign the most points to the top, and the least to the bottom; that determines how many points you get if you're right. Since I usually have complete confidence USC will win, I typically make that my 10-point game. I also had a lot of confidence my Orange would lose, so that was a 9-point game. On the other hand, I thought Utah would beat Michigan but wasn't very confident of it (so I only got 1 point there), but only lost two points on VT over ECU (since I thought ECU could very well win).

Since I posted this really late, I'd propose ignoring week 1 in any unofficial standings.
